Terms of Use
An outline of the terms the product assumes, written so a lawyer has something concrete to work from. It has not been reviewed by counsel and must not be published as EasyMeet's binding terms. Real terms are required before the app can be submitted to the App Store.
Who may use EasyMeet
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Accounts are personal; you may not create one on someone else's behalf or impersonate anyone.
Being visible to others
EasyMeet is built around mutual visibility: members who appear on the map can also see it. You choose the hours during which you are visible, and you can pause at any time.
Behaviour
- No harassment, threats, hate speech or stalking.
- No sexual content involving minors, under any circumstances. We report such material.
- No photos that are not of you, and no misleading profile details.
- No using the app to locate, follow or contact someone who has blocked you.
Meeting people
EasyMeet helps you find people who are out nearby. It does not vet members beyond the checks described in our policies, and it does not guarantee that anyone shown on the map is still there. Meeting anyone is at your own risk; take the usual precautions.
Suspension and deletion
We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
